Meet Our Founder

Hi! I’m Rob Reiger. I grew up in Hawthorn, Melbourne, and Mt. Eliza on the Mornington Peninsula. My parents emigrated from Austria in the early 50s and built a great life for themselves. I owe it to them for the high values they set upon me. Hard work is part of my DNA, from mowing lawns in the local neighbourhood as a 15-year-old to building my own business.

At age 25, my business partner and I built up a bin hire waste transport business from the ground up. Starting from one truck, we expanded to twenty-five trucks and thirty staff servicing all Melbourne suburbs. We serviced small builders and large-scale companies such as Crown Casino. After running a successful business for over 20 years, we sold it in 2008 to a larger national company.

From then, I found myself drawn to property and soon realised my passion for the building industry. Starting with small renovations, and moving into property development, the business now specialises in townhouse developments. For over 20 years now, I have specialised in property development with unit developments, subdivisions, and townhouses.
