1. Initial Consultation
Reach out for a no-obligation initial consultation. We'll provide a questionnaire to gain a thorough understanding of your vision.
2. Site Visit/Concept Consultation
We'll meet to further explore your project. We'll extensively review your brief and scope of work, discussing what comes next. Bring all relevant information and ideas - even if plans are preliminary, we can assist.
3. Meet With the Architect/Designer
We'll connect you with an architect, whether ours or yours, to ensure the design remains on budget. This ensures the architect and builder share a common vision of the project.
4. In-Depth Cost Estimate
We'll supply a detailed cost estimate and timeline plan that determines the total investment required. Once the final plans are approved, we'll develop a fixed-price quotation.
5. Fixed Price Quotation
While council approval is pending, we'll finalize your quotation. Once approved, we'll sign all relevant documents and provide your action plan.
6. Client Agreement and Contract
We'll outline our mutual obligations in a commencement agreement then manage the project per the building contract. We'll review all aspects of the build during the signing.
7. Construction
We'll adhere to timelines and provide transparent updates via weekly emails and site visits.
8. Completion and Handover
Congratulations! Your project is complete. We'll work through our practical completion checklist to ensure any defects are rectified before the handover of your new space.
